WHY DID YOU START A FOOD TRUCK?

Wanted to bring our cafe experience to where people gather.

Full espresso menu, seasonal specialty drinks, teas, nitro cold brew, and nitro teas.

Mobility. Being able to bring a full cafe menu to festivals, offices, and local markets.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH JOULE CASE AND YOUR NEW BATTERY SYSTEM?

Our Joule Case Battery system has exceeded our expectations. We are able to run a 30 Amp, 208 commercial espresso machine, 3 refrigerators, an air conditioner, water heater, pumps, etc for 7 hours and have battery to spare after the event.

WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND YOUR TRUCK/MENU?

Before we opened our first brick and mortar location, we operated as a pop up cafe at the All Local Market and later Soda City.

We needed a reliable power solution that could handle the rigors of large festivals and markets, we thought that a large generator was our only option but did not want to contend with the fumes, noise, maintenance and upkeep.
