Awesome! They have been a great resource since the beginning. I've had to call a few times to figure out issues with the batteries and each time they have been very patient with me in listening to what the problem was, diagnosing a solution and being able to explain what needed to be done to get the problems fixed.
WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND YOUR TRUCK/MENU?
We tried an acai bowl for the first time in the spring of 2021. After eating them for 4 days in a row, we looked at each other and said that these would be a good addition to the Minnesota food options.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO ANOTHER FOOD TRUCK OWNER/OPERATOR?
Be prepared to work long hours, things will go wrong - you just have to work through how to make them right.
WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE TO USE JOULE CASE AND A BATTERY SYSTEM TO POWER YOUR OPERATION?
After looking at the cost of a diesel generator to power all of the above and comparing the cost to that of Joule Case batteries, it made economical sense to go with batteries. Along with that, the noise level in the truck is minimal and we don't have that diesel smell while we are serving our acai bowls.
