WARRANTY

To obtain warranty service, please contact our customer service team via telephone at (888) 200-5414, or via email at support@joulecase.com. If our customer service team determines that this is a warranty matter, Joule Case will provide appropriate packaging and will arrange for shipping back to our facility. You must properly package the product and provide proof of purchase and purchase date with the product. Please ensure any returns are addressed to:

We will process your return and send your repaired or replacement product to you, at our expense, for warrantied products being shipped to locations in North America. For product purchased or being shipped outside of North America, if you purchased through a local distributor, please contact the local distributor from whom you purchased the product, or email support@joulecase.com to obtain further distributor information.


NON-WARRANTY RETURNS

Joule Case will accept non-warranty returns of working products in good working order and re-saleable condition up to 30 days after delivery.  Non-warranty returns must be arranged by Joule Case.  Upon receipt of product and verification of condition, Joule Case will refund the purchase price less return shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
