Q: What led you to work for Joule Case?
A: My homie Jesse Baker connected me with Justin when he was looking to expand his sales team. After talking with Jesse and Justin, I really liked the product and the impact it has on business owners. It feels good knowing I’m selling a quality product with a proven ROI for the customer.
Q: What's a typical day look like for you in your role at Joule Case?
A: Making sales calls to inbound leads and cold calls to potential prospects. Building and presenting PNAs/Joule Case battery system solutions.
Q: What about Joule Case's mission inspires you?
A: The positive impact it has on business owner’s ability to increase their profit margins, future-proof their business, and provide them a more reliable, simpler power source while making a positive impact on the environment.
Q: Which movie or TV show do you quote most often? What is you favorite quote?

Q: What's something most people don't know about you?
A: My last name is supposed to be spelled “Manzanares”. When my great grandparents migrated from Spain, the government spelled our last name wrong. So now our last name is spelled “Mansanarez.”
Q: Do you have any pets?
A: French bulldog named Kona and she’s the best dog on earth. No argument.
Q: What was your first-ever job?
A: Started my own small business in high school called “Dylan’s Farm Fresh Eggs”. I would raise chickens and go door-to-door selling their eggs.
Q: If you could meet any living person for dinner, who would you pick and why?
A: Joe Rogan - We share a lot of common interests and viewpoints. He has a huge depth of knowledge from over 2000 podcast interviews. It would be very interested to speak with him about all he’s learned through his podcast and own life journey.
Q: What do you love to do outside of work?
A: Workout, hiking, fishing, and basically anything outdoors.

A: This is a trick question. I can't answer this. I listen to music based off mood.
